Chicken Shoulders

Chicken ShouldersIngredients:

4 chicken shoulders
2 cups of milk
Salt, black pepper, parsley, paprika
1 glass of wine

Method:

Allow the chicken shoulders to rest in wine for 1 hour. Season with salt, black pepper, parsley and paprika. Place in a baking tin, pour in milk and bake at 200 C.
They go with white wine.
