Crispy chicken wings

A non-conventional recipe for chicken wings !

Crispy chicken wingletsIngredients:

Chicken wings
Yoghurt
Salt
Thyme
Savory
Water

Method:

Allow wings to rest in yoghurt and salt to taste for 2-3 hours. Place the wings on the oven grid and put a baking tin of water and spices below it so that the wings can absorb well the flavour of the spices. Bake at 200 degrees C. You can leave the oven longer to make them crispier.
